The Cliffwood Experience is not your average home, it’s an experience. We have invested heavily into many optional upgrades that you wont find elsewhere to enhance your stay and below is the full list.
One Hour Magic Show $200
I am a professional closeup magician and regarded as one of the most skilled closeup and sleight of hand artists in Houston. My typical rates for magic are $650-$1000 per hour, but I discount heavily for guests provided I am available. To get an idea of my style, visit www.DangerMagic.com on the web. This would be for a one hour show.
Professional Photography $300
Danger is a skilled photographer, and while you are welcome to use the studio on your own he also offers photography packages starting at $300 for the sitting fee with 4 edits included. You will find some of his work here on the TwistedLenz Instagram.
Full Catering
We can provide catering for your event with world class Chef Lawrence. Prices are quoted based on what your desired meal.
Tikki Torches $30 Per Fill
Don’t let the mosquitoes eat you and your guests alive. With this upgrade Tiki torches will be fueled and placed around the backyard to keep the mosquitoes away. We use the more expensive BiteFighter fuel which really helps keeping bugs at bay and you’ll have enough fuel for two to three nights. And it looks super cool!
Coffee Shop $20 Per Stay
With this upgrade you have an easy to use gourmet coffee shop at your fingertips with 12 varieties of coffees, 4 varieties of teas, Mochaccino, Chococcino, Chai Latte, Cafe Latte, espressos & authentic Cappuccino and Dove hot chocolate that is to die for.
Hot Tub $50 Per Stay
This not just any hot tub, its a $16,000 42 jet 3 pump monster therapy spa with all kinds of adjustments. And when it is used it requires labor to clean it and expensive chemicals to regain the balance.
Pitts and Spitts Stainless Steel Smoker $50 Per Night Used
They don’t get any better than this. Cook on the finest smoker money can buy. Seriously this thing cost us $10,000. We will load the firebox with charcoal, wood and propane and light it for you, then show you the best way to cook on it, and we even clean it up for you afterwards. It Is super easy to cook on this thing and the food tastes amazing.
The Hookah Experience $50 Per Stay
We provide an artesian quality hookah pipe, long burning coconut coals, coal warmer, foil, sanitary tips, and your choice of 1 nicotine free herbal molasses Shisha or standard Shisha w nicotine. Additional flavors are available for purchase. We will prep, light and educate you on the proper hookah methods and traditions.
Romantic Rose Petals $100 Per Stay
Up the romantic vibe w Black Rose petals scattered on the floor. We keep black rose petals in stock, but can do any color with a weeks advance notice. Why does this one cost so much? The cleanup is murder LOL.
Dining Top Installed on Pool Table $100 Per Stay
The pool table itself is included, but we have a custom hard maple dining top for the pool table which converts it into a massive dining table easily seating 10.
Massage Chair $50 Per Stay

Additional Guests
The base rate includes 10 guests. More guests means more wear, more risk and more cleanup so if you have more than 10 the cost is $25 per additional guest per night. This is for each individual person that walks in the door, whether overnight or 5 minutes. If there are more than 10 in the house we will coordinate check in times.
Early Check In/Late Check Out
If there is no guest immediately before (or after in the case of late checkout) we allow early check in and late checkout at $50/hour. So if you wanted to check in at 1:00PM that would be $100 for that option. If the previous guest was particurlaly messy, we may still be cleaning so bear this in mind.
